Lipu heavy industry provides the project implementation plan:
Saucrauc mining group main operates iron concentrate powder, the mineral processing projects is for scale mining, reasonable developed. Lipu heavy industry provides technological process design, and the whole production line equipment supporting, installation, debugging and technical support.
Mining area is hilly terrain, the structure of mineral article is shingles and blocks. Ore chemical composition is mainly the Fe, SiO₂, followed by CaO, MgO, and CO₂, etc, MnO, S, P content is very low.
Process is adopted for two setps broken, grinding process using two paragraphs grinding. The magnetic separation technology uses three steps magnetic separation.
