This ore mining area is narrower, TFe, MFe has low grade, SiO₂, S has high content. Ore belt is mainly article in structure, limonite strip and the gangue minerals are alternate with strip.
Among them, the broken product size-20 mm is more than 90.5%, two steps grinding, four sections of magnetic separation process, concentrate grade 64%, SiO₂ < 8%. And the grinding process has been renovated, concentrate grade TFe is 66 % above, SiO₂ < 6.1%.
For environmental protection energy conservation, Lipu heavy industry special provides tailings scheme, each on tailings of tailings storage. Tailings clarify water back to the mill recycling, the return water utilization rate above 85%, has a reasonable use, and protect the environment effectively.
